J.P. Morgan Private Bank is seeking a talented Digital Marketing Platform Specialist to join its EMEA Marketing team. The selected candidate will assume responsibility for partnering with regional marketers as well as our global marketing team in the development, distribution and measurement of EMEA-relevant content across multiple digital channels. Content formats include, but are not limited to: short articles, infographics, webinars, calls, videos, white papers, product materials and other content that requires thoughtful execution in digital formats. The successful individual will possess a good understanding and keen interest across the Digital Marketing spectrum alongside strong project delivery and campaign / stakeholder management experience.
Manage the weekly formatting, uploading, testing and quality assurance of content across variety of formats using content management systems and HTML.
Maintaining the quality and consistency of our websites, webinars and client portals.
Support a range of digital campaigns and programmes, identifying opportunities for enhancement and working with agencies to optimise.
Develop online capabilities within the broader marketing organisation.
Integrate with the broader digital teams to provide a holistic view and digital approach for stakeholders.
Support the writing and graphic design of pieces in collaboration with the global Interactive Marketing and Creative Services teams.
Work closely with marketing and client experience partners to ensure content is delivered to meet agreed upon deadlines and meets our visual standards. Document processes to improve quality and efficiency.
3+ years of professional experience in marketing, PR or communications roles in (with a preference for financial services or other regulated industries), with a track record of superior delivery and execution.
Expert knowledge of purpose built content management systems, HTML, CSS, and responsive design.
Good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Excel.
Experience with graphic design (print/web), including data visualisation strongly preferred.
Strong interest in multimedia marketing, with willingness to learn video protocols.
Very strong project management skills required; detail oriented with a high standard for accuracy.
Deadline oriented; ability to multi-task in high-pressure, fast-paced environment. Thrives on working swiftly and cleanly.
Team player with the ability to work collaboratively and develop strong partnerships within marketing to ensure deadlines are met.
Ability to communicate with both technical and business audiences; strong written and oral communications skills.
