Candidate must be a proven leader in driving integrated execution of Marketing strategy into high-impact tactical initiatives, both online and offline for B2B and B2C channels.
Experienced in using customer data to match product offerings with different segments and increase conversion; maximizing LTV through detailed attention to integration of all touchpoints in the prospect’s experience including web, phone, social media and B2B partners.
Thoroughly experienced with optimizing multi-channel marketing mix including SEO/SEM; email; social media; print and direct mail both branded and through strategic partnerships.
Increase Lead Gen programs and growth in revenue through conversion of qualified prospects including customer referral.
Manage brand reputation and drive lead conversion through social media, websites, landing pages, forums/communities.
Must have 10-15 years’ experience in data driven conventional and digital marketing, including leading a small team and working with external vendors.
Track record in Customer Acquisition and Loyalty programs is essential.
Required to work cross-functionally with multiple departments internally.
Bachelor’s degree required, business concentration highly preferred.
