We’re seeking a collaborative, out-of-the-box thinker to join our rockstar marketing team. Our Marketing Operations Analyst position is brand new, which means you’ll help guide our team in scaling our efforts through technical execution and data analysis. You’ll be knee-deep in Marketo and Microsoft Dynamics CRM—and have a hand in the initiatives that help grow our business.
This position will report to the Associate Director of Marketing and serve as the foundation on which all marketing performance reporting is built—including data modeling, ad hoc reporting, and ROI measurement. Your key function will be to live and breathe the data that moves between Marketo, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and Google Analytics—ensuring it is flowing between all platforms, generating key metrics, and building strategies to scale our marketing effectiveness.

Marketing Systems Infrastructure: Share responsibility for the management and day?to?day operation of marketing technology and automation systems—including Microsoft CRM, Marketo, and Google Analytics. Serve as technology lead and help the rest of the team work smarter when it comes to data.
Sales/Marketing Funnel Data and Quality Management: Maintain the lead list and data integrity in the lead database. Work closely with Microsoft CRM team and business development in gathering and importing data, and ensuring data is properly segmented for targeting purposes.
Reporting: Create the sources of truth for marketing performance. Produce and maintain metrics reports on marketing and sales activities, effectiveness, and business impact. Analyze marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization. Analyze and expand demand generation goals and key performance indicators based on recurring monitoring and analysis of results (interactions, sales qualified leads, pipeline).
Demand Generation Programs: Monitor campaigns to optimize performance based on industry best practices, objectives and provide periodic recommendations that enhance future campaign performance and measurements.
Process Design and Documentation: Document existing processes and implement improvements to enhance marketing productivity. Processes include inventory and collateral archiving, and compliance management. Recommend new systems to enhance productivity.

Knowledge, Experience & Education
3-5 years of experience in marketing operations, preferably for B2B
Extensive experience with CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred)
Extensive experience with Marketo (or similar demand generation programs)
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or business
Passionate knowledge of marketing concepts, methods, and techniques
Proficiency in database marketing—including list segmentation, list manipulation, list quality, and data hygiene
Experience with Microsoft products—including Word, Excel (especially pivot tables and charts), PowerPoint, and CRM
