The Office of University Advancement has a position opening for a Director of Athletic Advancement and Marketing. The successful candidate will be asked to lead a comprehensive athletic fundraising program that engages former SAU athletes as well as friends of the university in the life of the institution. The individual must be highly organized, demonstrate a high level of initiative, have strict attention to detail, possess excellent customer service skills and excel at multi-tasking. The individual would manage a portfolio of prospects with leadership gift capacity. Other projects oversight would include Ambrose Room Coordinator, Former Athlete Player Reunions, E-Newsletter, Oversight of Athletics Advancement Special Events, Men’s Basketball Donor Travel Coordinator, A Club – Young Alumni Giving Program along with events such as the Ambrose Fund Pre-Season Luncheon and Athletic Director Luncheons/Dinners for Strategic Plan Focus.
