Join us and start doing your life's best work.(sm)Positions in this function are responsible for planning, creating, and producing marketing communications / promotional materials to implement product marketing strategies and sales objectives. Coordinates activities involved in the preparation of advertising, sales promotion and publicity in support of the marketing of company products. Consults with product management, sales and internal/external organizations to develop and implement plans.Primary Responsibilities:Manages marketing campaign and creative projects from kick-off through executionManage detailed timeline and budget estimates for each projectManage all creative rounds and ensure edits are made before passing creative back to marketing manager Manage external and internal agency, media, and vendor relationships Develop marketing content, tailored to the specific channel, and audience requirements, and identify media channels appropriate for applicable audiences and marketdapt writing style/tone to meet the needs of the specific internal or external message/audience/channel (e.g., translation, ensuring cultural relevance and sensitivity)Obtain review of communications content by internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with applicable requirements (e.g., Legal, Clinical, Product, Compliance)Monitor feedback from various sources on published/distributed communications contentPerform post-campaign evaluation of communications processes, identify lessons learned and recommend changes for future campaigns based on results Communicate project status and key dates back to marketing manager and other stakeholders
Required Qualifications:High School Diploma / GED or higher Bilingual in English and Vietnamese (with fluency in reading, speaking and writing in Vietnamese)2+ years of experience of working in agency and using Vietnamese written and verbal communication skillsExperience with MS Word (formatting and page setup); Excel (fill function and formatting); PowerPoint (create and design presentations)Must be able to travel locally 25% of the timeAssets: Bachelor's degree (or higher) with major in Marketing: Communications; Business Administration or related field Experience with Photoshop Soft Skills:High energy, detail oriented and creative individualAbility to multi-task and effectively shift back and forth from a variety of projects and prioritiesStrong collaboration and relationship-building skills across a wide rance of groups and functionsCareers at UnitedHealthcare Employer & Individual.
