We are seeking a Head of Marketing based in Hong Kong to help us with:
Manage our existing relationship management system, marketing pipeline and client on-boarding process
Develop and implement marketing plans as the group expands both service lines and geographic locations around Asia
Launch new compliance related business lines and technology
Manage a current team of three to fulfill day-to-day marketing activities
Oversee our regular client communications
Coordination of our website, pitch materials, presentations, thought leadership material and other marketing collateral
Manage our media relations
Manage our social media presence
Work closely with our industry contacts and networks
Initate and co-ordinate various marketing activities including event logistics and RSVP, ROI tracking and post-program follow up
Monitor, report on, and evaluate marketing activities and accomplishments; survey decision makers on effectiveness/quality of efforts, and solicit feedback for future action
Develop and implement marketing budgets across all departments and business lines
A successful candidate is expected to be able to maintain collaborative relationships with colleagues from all departments and offices to ensure that resources are leveraged appropriately.
Minimum 7 years experience in marketing, preferably in either consulting or the financial services area in Asia
Undergraduate degree required, with a focus in marketing, communications, or a related business field preferred
Knowledge of Salesforce, website management, LinkedIn and other appropriate social media platforms
Proven ability to contribute to marketing program execution: Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously, consistently delivering high quality results
Professional client service manner, responsiveness, flexibility and adaptability.
Solid English language communications and writing skills, with demonstrated ability to help create marketing collateral including email based communications and proposal support materials. Spoken and written Cantonese or Mandarin are advantageous
Ability to analyse data and make sound observations and recommendations
Proven initiative, responsiveness and experience with marketing campaigns
