Drive the marketing activities for different channels. Develop and implement channel specific marketing programmes and collaterals by understanding the distribution dynamics and product needs of channel to meet with business growth objectives. Gather and analyse business development objectives to ensure relevant delivery of marketing strategy and programmes. Plan and manage a range of marketing initiatives and integrated marketing campaigns to help deliver sales targets and meet business objectives, includes creation and maintenance of a suite of retail-focused fund marketing and communications collateral. Partner effectively with regional team to ensure co-ordinated and consistent approach to representing and developing the proposition to end-users and intermediaries. Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders across Asia, both internal and external.
To be considered, you should be a Degree holder with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience with channel marketing, exposure in asset management. Strong commercial sense and knowledge of mutual funds/ investment linked products. Proven experience in translating investment propositions into tangible communication and campaign messages. Strong track record of campaign management, able to prioritize strategically and able to deliver creative solutions to meet with business needs. Organized and have strong sense for operational efficiency. Experience in managing agencies and service providers to ensure they are on brief. Strong team player and a good communicator in English and Chinese.
