The Associate Director for Marketing, Communications and Member Engagement at NJEdge (AD/MCME), New Jersey's Research and Higher Education Network, reports to the Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the organization. As a Senior Staff Team member, this person will contribute to the organization's strategy development and provide leadership as a collaborative partner in driving success for a not-for-profit organization that relies upon technology leadership, creativity and innovation to drive success. As a hands-on and participative member of the organization's senior staff, the AD/MCME will lead and have primary responsibility for creating a multi-point, multi-touch and multi-channel communications and member retention strategy that articulates and reinforces the meaning and value of membership in the NJEdge community while driving demand for the NJEdge portfolio of networked products and services. In doing so, the AD/MCME will play a critical role in executing on the organizations' stated goals and objectives and inform the executive leadership team regarding business strategy, resource allocation and planning and operational priorities as the NJEdge organization continues to expand the scope of its products and services, build capacity to scale apace with its planned growth and to do so within the parameters of a total quality management programming model.
