The Marketing Manager serves as a key member of the UCSF Health marketing team, leading clinical program marketing for strategic service lines of UCSF Health and UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospitals.
The marketing manager uses advanced marketing concepts to create, develop, implement, manage and monitor comprehensive marketing plans. Assignments are typically complex and require a high degree of technical marketing expertise and relationship management. The successful candidate has a passion for results, excellent consulting skills, and a drive toward exceeding performance targets.
The successful candidate:
Synthesizes data and marketplace information to select appropriate strategies and tactics to meet service line reputation, volume, and revenue goals
Develops trusted relationships with service line leaders to effectively manage a portfolio of strategic service lines
Collaborates with operational and strategy leads to ensure alignment of marketing plans to organizational priorities
