ATA is looking for a seasoned communications and marketing professional to oversee and implement its communications and marketing initiatives. The CMO will hold a prominent role in the organization by working with leadership to anticipate and look ahead to future possibilities and translate that information into integrated and aligned communication and marketing strategies that build and support ATA’s brand. This position is responsible for positioning the organization’s reputation with all audiences, customer segments, investor community, and employees. This position will also ensure that the brand speaks through unified messaging and lays the framework communicating ATA's progress, vision for the future, products/services, and roadmap. Responsibility also includes devising and implementing marketing strategies that generate revenue using market research, pricing, marketing communications, and public relations. Finally, this position will develop marketing campaigns that align with a solid communication strategy to drive sales and customer engagement.
? Develop and manage a plan for communications and marketing integrated across the organization and aligns with the organizations strategic plan ? Design systems and oversee the implementation of an enterprise-wide social media and web strategy ? Define and activate corporate image ? Develop and publish content for external stakeholders o Craft policy and position papers with in conjunction with Policy/Advocacy o Develop thought pieces and case studies working with subject matter experts and other strategic partners o Develop infographics to assist with understanding complex terms and processes ? Analyze data or oversee audits to understand how stakeholders view ATA and how messaging is resonating with target audiences that led to design conversions ? Oversee the design and content of the Website to ensure timeliness and quality of content ? Develop and oversee implementation of marketing campaigns for products, membership and products and services ? Create an analytical framework for understanding the impact of communication/marketing strategies and to assist with decision making
