And you'll do your life's best work.(sm) The Marketing Database Consultant is accountable for supporting the OptumCare care delivery business through utilization of applicable systems and tools to manipulate data for planning, production and execution. This role will identify, analyze and address data quality issues (e.g., data audits, data integration) and work closely with local care delivery market database and Health Care Economics leads to identify and aggregate patient data to align to campaign results and report on marketing impact to growth in network eligibility, patient volumes and membership engagement. The role is critical to build, manage and evolve database and reporting measures to inform marketing strategy and provide performance metrics to leadership at the national/local level on Marketing KPIs and ROI. This position will also work with cross functional teams to develop and manage the data-related processes for online tools that have a data interface. This position requires a significant amount of project management and communication with stakeholders that range in technical knowledge. The ideal candidate must be able to synthesize complex business asks into detailed data requirements and action plans. This role will also require a strong analytic background, with familiarity in all aspects of data management (documentation, instantiation best practices, UAT, visualization). This position should be able to identify data trends and anomalies, communicate business risk and impact and drive action and change through multiple levels of the organization. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, curious and able to problem-solve quickly across large constituent groups.
