Under the direction of the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Project Specialist will administer and organize marketing projects, from simple activities to more complex plans such as the marketing for the membership campaigns. Marketing Project Specialist responsibilities include working closely with our Marketing & Communications Manager to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, time frames, data analysis and budgets for projects. This individual will perform various coordinating tasks, like schedule and risk management, along with administrative duties, like maintaining project documentation and handling financial queries. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management and communication skills, as you’ll collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines. Ultimately, the Marketing Project Specialist duties are to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget and meet ROI/campaign goals
Enrollment in a Bachelor’s Degree program required, preferably business, communications, or marketing specialties.
Experience in project management from conception to delivery.
Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
