The Product Marketing Director of Software Solutions is responsible for the outbound marketing activities for our client's Digital business unit. This position will craft marketing content based on product positioning, conceive and develop innovative marketing programs that drive demand, and work alongside the product managers and corporate marketing teams. This role will require being the expert in buyers, how they buy and transferring that knowledge to the global sales channels. Effective execution of all product rollouts and integrated marketing activities is critical.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Product Launch – plan the go-to-market of new products and software releases; develop product messaging that differentiates the product in the market; train global sales channels on new products
Sales Enablement – communicate the value proposition of the products to the sales team, developing the sales tools, demos, and training that support the selling process of all software products
Demand Generation – develop the strategies and manage the marketing programs that drive demand for new software products; Deliver thought-leading content via blogs, social media, events, email marketing, and other outlets
Market intelligence – be the expert on your buyers, how they buy and their buying criteria; be the expert on your competition and how to win against them; conduct win-loss analysis to better understand areas to improve
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED (Non-Negotiable):
S degree in business, engineering, marketing or related field
10+ years of software marketing experience including B2B SAAS applications
Superior written and verbal communications skills, experience in developing and editing copy
High proficiency in developing selling tools in MS Office applications
Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams, and third parties.
Strong attention to detail
Willing to travel 10-15%
QUALIFICATIONS PREFERRED (Negotiable):
Working knowledge of industrial EHS market and global standards
Knowledge of agile product development methodologies
