The Director, Finance Procurement and Marketing is a leader within the Brill Finance organization. The role will work directly with the NA VP Finance, and his direct reports to help in the delivery of annual budgets as well as innovation targets, for both and expense and for capital outlays. The role will provide direct support to Marketing and Procurement organizations.Coverage position review, commodity risk analysis, ISC and board reporting. Commodity market outlook, review and reporting. Material cost analysis and PPV management, analysis & reporting. Planning processes - forecasts and budget. Procurement KPIs and Scorecard reporting. PMO Savings tracking, validation & reporting. Procurement cost monthly review & analysis, risks and opportunities assessment, reporting. B/W procurement reporting expertise and NA finance reporting maintenance. Procurement leadership team: planning, strategy support, project initiatives. Work as a Business Partner of the Marketing VP with the management of his/her budget and functioning as a key point of contact for all finance subjects. Build relationships with the marketing people with frequent communication related to New Product Profitability analysis and costing. Provide a critical level of support on general and special projects, financial analysis, problem resolution and other business/financial analysis related to Marketing. Develop insights to highlight and influence priorities; deliver timely and relevant analyses to support decision making and catalyze action to efficiently manage marketing expenses. Perform duties with extensive knowledge of SAP and BW, superior computer skills: Excel (High-level Microsoft Excel Skills – including writing complex nested formulas to analyze financial and business decisions, pivot tables (incl. calculated fields), Vlookups, HLookups, Index/Match, data tables, developing scenario analysis models, data validation, goal seek), PowerPoint (several presentations per week), excellent verbal and written communication skills, to superiors, colleagues and individuals inside and outside the company, and strong leadership, technology, and analytical skills.
Minimum requirements: Bachelor's Degree in finance or related field or foreign equivalent plus five years finance management experience.
