Performs market research, organizes content, writes copy, creates content and edits property photos used in marketing packages.
Applies templates to produce marketing materials including flyers, proposals, and marketing packages for multifamily properties.
Coordinates property tours with local management companies and potential investors. Coordinates to ensure broker schedules are aligned, up to date and timely coordination of tours.
Responsible for creating campaign email releases, as well as being responsible for delivery of collateral to specialists.
Coordinates with 3rd party vendors to provide necessary information in the production of offering memorandums. Collects and organizes team feedback to send to 3rd party vendor.
Updates and maintains various information databases, and generates standard and ad hoc reports as required
Introduces and upon approval, implements own ideas for improving overall business and team functions to maximize productivity and improve efficiencies.
Organizes the preparation and production of customized, client specific property information packages in response to Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position.
Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) from a 4-year college or university or equivalent work experience required. Degree in Marketing and/or Business Administration preferred. 2-years of experience providing administrative and project support to multiple or team of professionals; ability to determine and respond to conflicting priorities required. Experience working in a fast-paced environment preferred.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence; ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, coworkers and/or supervisor. Ability to effectively present information to an internal department and/or large groups of employees.
Basic knowledge of financial terms and principles, Basic knowledge of accounting and business law helpful.
Ability to comprehend, analyze and interpret instructions, short correspondence, memos and other documents, and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding; attention-to-detail skills required. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. General priority management
Advanced skills working in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop required. HTML experience preferred. Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite, internet research and writing skills.
