Seeking a communications and marketing professional with strong initiative to be a part of a small staff that offers benefits to member dentists. The position would be responsible for writing articles, member communications, and legislative updates; establishing marketing strategies; graphic design; and website content management. In addition, this position would help manage electronic communication, social media, advertising, external vendors, and event planning. The ideal candidate must be deadline-driven, innovative, problem solving, creative, and tech-savvy with strict attention to detail, strong verbal and written communication skills, and graphic design and video editing experience. Limited travel required.

Requirements: - Four-year college BA/BS degree, preferably in communications, marketing, journalism or related field - Five or more years of experience in communications and marketing - Must have strong writing skills and be detail-oriented - Must be a strategic thinker with both a “big picture” and “small picture” mindset - Must have ability to manage demanding deadlines and changing priorities - Must have the ability to multi-task and work efficiently with minimum supervision - Must have good organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks to meet deadlines - Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, Adobe tools, electronic communication software, website building/management software and web browsers required
