The National Home Infusion Association (NHIA) represents and advances the interest of organizations that provide home and specialty IV medications to patients at home. NHIA provides education, advocacy, and support to over 350 infusion providers across the country. We are the voice of the home and specialty infusion community and the patients they serve.
NHIA is looking for a dynamic, Marketing and Communication Specialist to promote our association. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in marketing and promotional activities with exceptional writing skills.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The Communications Marketing Specialist will plan, develop, and execute strategic marketing and communications activities to promote and grow the association and its products, programs, and services to members and external stakeholders through print, electronic, and digital media. Responsibilities include:
Management of e-blasts, social media, web, and other material to promote and grow the association’s products, services, and events.
Expand the association’s digital footprint on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Assist Director of Business Development with promotional activities and materials to grow the associations membership.
Assist the VP of Government Affairs with the associations communication plan to achieve legislative success.
Oversee and develop web content as part of an integrated marketing and communication strategy.
Support press and media relations activities
Bachelor's degree in marketing, or related field and 3-5 years of marketing experience
Exceptional writing and proofreading skills with impeccable attention to details.
Demonstrated success in implementing highly creative digital strategy and social media campaigns
Demonstrated success in marketing program that achieved growth in membership, conference attendance, and overall awareness of an association’s activities.
Must have the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain a positive attitude and work environment
