This position is responsible for the development of marketing automation strategies to convert qualified leads through all stages of the admission funnels. They use a mix of digital tools to increase engagement of qualified leads, applicants, and admitted students through careful work across channels, collaborating with other members of the marketing team as well as colleagues in Enrollment Management. The manager also continuously gathers data, reviews analytics, and provides insights to optimize all activities for maximum conversion, and prepares reports on analytics and performance. They work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager - Acquisition to build automation programs that flow seamlessly together, stay on brand, and nurture leads through the funnel.
Develops and implements campaigns using Hubspot marketing tools-landing pages, forms, automation workflows, and email-with a focus on nurturing qualified leads through to enrollment.
Develops strategies to improve campaign effectiveness, minimize email fatigue and opt-outs, and maximize conversions through each stage of the admission funnels.
Leverages analytics to make data-driven decisions that advance the goals of all campaigns.
Work on campaign teams across channels leveraging SEM/PPC, paid social media, and display advertising campaigns, as well SEO and content marketing. Collaborate with other team members to utilize paid social and/or other channels to support conversion and yield activities.
Collaborates with other team members to develop and refine creative assets to support campaign objectives.
Partners with Enrollment Management Operations as necessary to coordinate set-up, targeting, and deployment of communications delivered via the CRM or other technology tools outside of Hubspot.
Measures and on reports performance of digital marketing campaigns against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Participates as an active member of the marketing team, contributing ideas that may support a variety of institutional goals and objectives.
Maintains strong working knowledge of current and emerging digital marketing tactics and trends; evaluates and recommends new opportunities.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
Demonstrated record of quantitative and analytical expertise, creative problem-solving skills, and strategic execution.
Experience managing, tracking and optimizing digital marketing campaigns with a high attention to detail.
Experience working with Hubspot or other marketing automation tool.
Experience with web analytic tools and reporting.
Basic knowledge of core technologies, including HTML, CSS, web activity reporting, and the principles of usable design preferred.
Knowledge and experience with social media.
Demonstrated success in managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Strong communication skills, verbal and written, with the ability to support or defend a position or idea in a clear, concise and persuasive manner.
Excellent interpersonal skills, a highly collaborative approach and demonstrated ability to interface effectively with all levels of management and functional disciplines.
Comfortable managing through change and working in a fast-paced environment.
Must be authorized to work in the United States; if you hold a visa, your visa status must allow you to work at Lesley University.
Experience with photo editing software such as Adobe Photoshop.
Experience writing for the web.
Salary Grade 25: Min. $53,769, Mid. $63,984, Max. $74,201.
