Under the supervision of the Manager of Strategic Marketing, this position is responsible for social media channel management, lead nurture, data mining, analysis, reporting, and marketing automation. Works closely with marketing account executives and internal clients and the academic planning units within the organization. This is a mission critical position within marketing and requires outstanding communication skills and a proven record of successful client management. The Product Marketing Specialist will provide a high level of customer service outreach, fulfillment and consultation for program inquiries to facilitate conversion and drive enrollments. The individual will also provide insight and feedback on the needs and makeup of our prospective students and their demands for continual education.
