Center for Operational Excellence (COE) is a membership-based organization in which companies pursuing process improvement participate in year-round professional development events and access faculty and student resources at Fisher College of Business that further their business goals. This Marketing & Communications Associate position is responsible for designing and delivering print, digital and event-based content that cultivate a high value, high-engagement community for COA members and prospects. This includes but is not limited to: cultivating original content highlighting research thought leadership at Fisher College of Business; managing and executing all email marketing campaigns; maintaining the center website; developing and growing online educational resources; managing social media engagement.
Bachelor’s degree in journalism or an equivalent combination of education and experience; experience in social media engagement; experienced writer; experience in marketing.
Target Salary: $47,480.00 - $52,000.00 Annually
