My client is a leading Investment Manager, looking for an individual to take ownership of overall marketing performance, responsible for tracking, analysing and monitoring metrics across all marketing channels.
This is a key role that will face off to the Head of Marketing, as well as other senior stakeholders across the business, with a view to evaluating and making recommendations on the company spend on the various marketing platforms.
Make recommendations to the Head of Marketing around the KPI's to be used for tracking marketing activity and work across the marketing team and business and to put those metrics in place
Work with business stakeholders to embed a measurement culture, across all marketing channels, such as events and digital marketing
Use measurement software to extract and model marketing measurement data.
Assist with campaign creation by selecting data sets and ensuring test cells are appropriate and measurable
Develop techniques and connect with the business to empower marketing with data extract capability from the CRM, which in turn will feed such processes such as email campaigns
Help build out their analytical capability with a focus on segmentation and propensity modelling
Conduct research and competitor analysis
Key skills required:
Come from either a financial services or marketing background
Ideally have a mix of marketing and data analysis skills
Ideally have experience with specific marketing tools and systems such as Google Analytics, Ad Words, Dot Mailer, Hootsuite, Tableau etc.
Demonstrate an analytical mindset as well as have excellent communication skills
