Work closely with our teams in the US and Italy to increase both brand awareness and demand within the US market, while projecting a positive image for the dBTechnologies brand.
Manage traditional and digital marketing agendas based on local insights in sync with the team at dBT HQ in Italy.
Organize and implement resources to optimize Key Performance Indicators.
Most importantly, we are looking for someone who’s outgoing, self-motivated, has a positive attitude, and understands the professional audio industry culture.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Duties and responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:
Plan and implement a marketing strategy to continue building the dBTechnologies brand and support sales growth in the Unites States.
Work in close partnership with dBTechnologies global HQ.
Maintain a relevant and contemporary social media presence for the brand.
Initiate and run effective digital marketing campaigns, including pay-per-click, paid social and email marketing.
Travel to live shows to capture visual content and interview leading audio engineers.
Attend tradeshows and work closely with global HQ on tradeshow preparation
Commission and/or execute photography and video of high-profile tours and installations where our product is used.
Create and adapt advertising artwork and other marketing collateral.
Work in partnership with leading audio retailers to identify collaborations and to ensure that our products are presented in the best possible ways.
Plan and manage marketing resources per agreed budgets.
Monitor results of marketing activities and competitor’s activity.

Bachelor’s Degree or similar marketing qualification, equivalent experience;
At least 3 years in a similar capacity, within the professional audio industry;
Candidate must be savvy in all current/relevant social media platforms;
Interest in/familiarity with audio equipment a plus;
Experience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop;
Experience within the professional audio industry a plus.
