Role Develop and execute OCBC's customer value proposition for the family segment through the packaging of relevant products and services, with the objective of positioning OCBC as the preferred family bank.
Roles & Responsibilities 1. Drive segment profitability and market share through formulating customer solutions and offers with wealth as a core component 2. Partner the Analytics and Research teams to garner insights that support segment strategy and propositions 3. Implement compelling marketing campaigns to drive acquisition and cross-sell of family segment's key products and propositions - OCBC Child Development Account, OCBC Mighty Savers, OCBC Life Goals Children's Education 4. Detailed and organised project management to ensure that all campaigns are timely and measurable 5. Manage the relationship with Ministry of Social & Family Services, partners and internal stakeholders to meet segment objectives and shared goals
Head, Family Segment
1. Degree holder with minimum 5 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in a financial institution 2. Has a good understanding of customer segmentation, banking products and the financial services industry 3. Has good command of the English language 4. Proactive, has a positive, can-do attitude with the ability to prioritize work and multi-task 5. Has the ability to communicate effectively across multiple internal and external stakeholders to drive initiatives that help meet KPIs 6. Possess the tenacity to develop win-win initiatives for own team, across segments, product managers and sales teams 7. Has an inquisitive mind with a keen interest in using data analytics to interpret findings and use as input to report and improve programme ROI 8. Is detailed, organized, highly committed and a team player 9. Enjoys challenges and has the ambition to develop to the next level
