Senior Analyst, Digital Marketing
Overview Mastercard Data & Services is the professional services arm within Mastercard and, since 1997, has been at the forefront of Mastercard's differentiation, innovation and success. Data & Services is comprised of complimentary business units with distinct P&Ls: Advisors Consulting Services, Loyalty and Engagement Services. The Data & Services Demand Generation team supports all business lines in their global mission to drive business advantage through insight, foresight and engagement for Issuers, Merchants, Governments, Investors and Media Buyers.
The Demand Generation's main objective is to build differentiation and demand for Data & Services by marketing thought leadership and solution-oriented products and services to new and existing customers. With an aggressive vision of growth, the team works to expand and accelerate the revenue pipeline through sales enablement, thought leadership and scalable marketing initiatives.
Role The candidate will report directly to the VP, Global Digital for Data & Services, located in Purchase, NY and will develop and execute digital marketing/communication solutions for internal teams and B2B prospective clients across a variety of channels: web (www.mastercardservices.com), mobile, email, social and webinars.
Execute Mastercard Data & Services global digital strategy
Deploy web content, landing pages and email campaigns using custom code, Mastercard's content management system and Mastercard's marketing automation system
Work closely with Mastercard technical teams and digital community to ensure tight integration across family of Mastercard websites and channels
Establish and interpret online brand identity guidelines, interactive standards, demand and lead generation practices
Evolve the look/feel, flow and usability of the Data & Services website to ensure the best possible customer experience through: Continuous refinement of site/page templates, wireframes/storyboards, pattern libraries, navigation, interactive elements and video Identification and articulation of areas of improvements
Transform presentations and communications into highly innovative, appealing digital experiences that create awareness and engage customers
Develop/refine e-mail campaigns, e-newsletters, banner ads, landing pages, social media promotions, blog posts/news releases, webinar platforms, print/digital brochures
Oversee and maintain technical documentation for applications, processes and workflow
Support technical functions of global webinars
Track statistics and metrics with an ability to spot key trends to improve usability
Participate in ideation of visualization elements that will be added to websites/mobile apps as the presentation layer
All About You
Bachelor's degree or equivalent and prior professional experience in web development and marketing technology
Significant professional experience with large corporate or B2B technical environments, including solid experience in web design/development and the relationship between content, design, technology and communications
Proven ability to manage projects from ideation to production with a thorough understanding of bringing digital content from creative to execution to management
Proven ability to drive awareness, demand generation and engagement from digital content and campaigns
Expert level command of enterprise content management systems (CMS), such as Drupal, Adobe Experience Manager and B2B marketing automation tools such as Pardot/Salesforce, Marketo
Experience strategizing, designing and executing A/B testing campaigns with the ability to manage and present report results
Expert knowledge of web analytics tools; experience with Adobe Analytics
Thorough understanding of SEO principles and search analytics
Salesforce Pardot Certification or a comparable marketing automation system a plus
Serve as a subject matter expert in digital campaigns; constantly seek industry best practices in web design, information design and architecture and marketing technology best practices
Strong communication skills and creative visual storytelling skills; effectively collaborate with designers, marketing managers, executives to provide creative solutions and recommendations
Adept at both Windows and Mac environment and Microsoft Office suite
Must be versatile, self-motivated, well organized and pay close attention to details; able to effectively prioritize and deliver in a fast-paced, changing environment
Bachelor degree in computer science, interactive design, engineering or software engineering from an accredited four-year college or university
