As Sales and Marketing Manager for Bed Wood and Parts, you will be tasked with organizing and overseeing the sales policies, objectives, and initiatives. Set short- and long-term sales strategies and evaluate effectiveness of current sales programs. Be intimately familiar with the industry to be able to build, support, and maintain sales initiatives relevant to current trends. Work relentlessly to achieve short- and long-term sales goals by leading, developing, and directing the work of your sales team.
Determine annual gross-profit plans by implementing, coaching, and managing sales strategies
Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for brands and strategic partnerships; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new product lines
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by continued research; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in enthusiast circles
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Manage, develop, coach, control, and motivate the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved, and monthly sales targets are met
Ensure targets are delivered through people management, performance review, reward, and individual recognition
Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly
Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals
Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to capture key niches of the industry
Prepare performance reporting as needed
Develop annual strategic marketing plans to support relevant strategic goals.
Oversee all marketing efforts in a timely, cost-effective manner, from concept to completion.
Facilitate successful sales results through the promotion of selling efforts –including trade show exhibits, sponsorship, magazine advertising, website, social media, e-blasts and e-newsletter.
Create and manage an annual operating budget for marketing related projects and provide regular performance reports, including cost/benefit analysis, to management.
Evaluate the effectiveness of ongoing marketing programs. Benchmark, evaluate, and develop/adjust programs meet strategic goals.
Attend and participate in external activities, events and functions as required.
When directed by management, perform other assignments and duties as required.

Manage Sales Team
Collaborate with management team regarding shared project goals, schedules, content, budget and logistics.
Interface with graphic designer, Bed Wood management team, sales staff, and vendors.
Note: Bed Wood and Parts is located in Hopkinsville, Kentucky. This is an in-house position only.
Have worked in the Aftermarket Automotive Parts Industry
Have proven track record managing a team of inside sales people
Are EXTREMELY fluent in the use of a CRM such as Salesforce or Zoho
Understanding of an Ecommerce business (Click and Mortar)
Understanding of both B2C and B2B sales
Proven experience as Sales /Marketing Manager or equivalent position
Exceptional organizational and leadership abilities
Outstanding communication and people skills
Have a proven track record of exceeding sales goals
Be able to motivate, coach, staff, and improve daily
Additional Salary Information: Pay and Performance: Base Salary plus bonus structure of 1% of revenue generated by your sales team above the existing base. No ceiling on bonus for surpassing goals with tremendous growth potential.
