Sponsorships and Donations Management of anchor sponsorships: Marathon and Liverpool FC - partner management and activation Leverage sponsorship assets to deliver activation opportunities to acquire customers, create brand experiences or build customer engagement Create synergies with one-bank approach Track results/ outcomes for activities "Checker" role for proposals Compliance to ORF
Campaigns Work with business stakeholders to understand key challenges and deliver campaign objectives Competitive landscape analysis Cast Campaign Brief into Communications Brief to agencies Engage agency on ideation Develop media strategy, marketing mix and communications plan Develop differentiated positioning Creative development - concept, key visual selection, headline and body copy Determine campaign deliverable's timelines Adaptation of approved creative concepts to channels (digital, BTL collaterals, in-branch, SMS, etc) Develop New Online Creatives User Acceptance Test (UAT) for uploads of new online creatives Ongoing optimization of digital performance, test and learn, and reporting; Manage campaign marketing elements' development costs Budget optimization and management Ongoing campaign performance reporting in partnership with Analytics; Deliver agreed targets, revenue and ROMI for each marketing campaign Payment processing Post Campaign Evaluation
Events Evaluate if event is in line with overall brand positioning, S&D policy and desired customer experience Assess event's quantitative and qualitative returns Determine event deliverable's timelines Manage event marketing elements' development costs Brief agencies on event objective Review, iterate and get approvals to final creative concept, images, proposition copy, communication channel mix; Apply and adapt approved creative concept to channels (digital, collaterals, invitation, BTL support, etc); production and distribution of collaterals itinerary and logistics management Post event evaluation in partnership with Business and Analytics
Digital Marketing Develop and execute digital marketing strategy for each campaign. Develop digital marketing creative assets with agency. Plan for digital media mix and set targets for each channel. Evaluate agency recommendations on creative executions and media channels. Share campaign-related creative assets with Group ID (website), Proximity Operations (ATM), Scope (eStatement) and media agency (paid media channels) for campaign deployment. Monitor performance of digital media campaigns with agencies. Uncover insights based on data from paid media channels and website traffic behaviour that lead to actions that improve campaign performance Identify and test new digital channels and campaign tactics. Manage Facebook page along with the agency and monitor performance. Share complaints with CCU team for resolution. Work with agency to conduct off-site SEO efforts to increase organic traffic/ leads. Involves identifying third party sites that will mention our brand, publish content and include links to our website.
Governance and Planning Ensure adherence to the global process standards and controls of the function. Follow global process universe of the function and seek dispensation when required. Responsible person for Corporate Affairs, Brand and Marketing in country for operational risk reporting Monitor, track and report operational risk matters on EORP and perform CSTs for the function Country contact point for regional/ group reporting on budgets and governance Budget Management Marketing Budget ownership and control Campaigns, Events, Sponsorship budget tracking, management and reporting; Budget re-prioritization to business requirement B&M vendor sourcing, end-to-end requisition per procurement policy

Corporate Affairs Understand and support Corporate Affairs strategy and planning process Understand and implement media relations strategies. Establish useful and credible contact lists for Government and Political Affairs. Effectively assist in the planning and development of internal communications programmes. Develop and plan effective CSR strategies in line with group sustainability agenda. Manage Corporate Affairs budget within limits. Drive compliance with the group sponsorships and donations policy and champion the process in country.
