Oversee and manage on a daily basis the key consolidated functions of BU Law's LL.M. and non-degree programs to ensure maximum administrative efficiencies and operational effectiveness. Develop and execute an overall marketing plan. Manage the shared processes and procedures for outreach and admissions, alumni relations and cross -program initiatives and train support personnel in standardized practices. Manage the office of Graduate and International Program's Senior Program Coordinator. Oversee the Program Coordinators who work on behalf of the individual graduate programs to ensure proper training and adherence to standardized, best practices -- and the most effective deployment of support staff on a cross-program basis, by assigning tasks at the Assistant Dean's direction. Responsible for the effective leveraging of shared databases and coordinating their use among graduate program staff.
B.A./B.S., Master's Degree preferred and three to five years of experience.
