We are seeking a professional like you to be responsible for developing and executing internal and external marketing and communications strategies to support the sales growth of the Power & Industrial and Commercial & Industrial Flooring sectors in the United States and Canada.
In this role, you will collaborate with the Business Manager-Industrial, the Power & Industrial and Commercial & Industrial Flooring Sales Teams as well as closely partnering with marketing functions of the business. Y ou will act as a strategic advisor on marketing direction and communications activities in addition to developing and implementing marketing and communication plans that align with the Industrial sector strategies and goals.

Leveraging your education and experience in Marketing, you will develop, implement, maintain and continuously improve the marketing and communication plans and their execution to deliver growth as well as play an active role in establishing the competitive differentiation for the Power & Industry and Commercial & Industrial Flooring businesses.
Your strong understanding of digital marketing, social media trends and best practices will be essential as you optimize customer experience and assist with social media content.
Your ability to collaborate and build relationships with internal and external resources will be vital as you oversee the creation, production and delivery of impactful digital tools, literature and sales tools as well as coordinate tradeshows and events with the Trade Show and Event Specialist.
You will lead and manage the value-added services and solutions needed to engage and acquire prospects and customers and drive retention and loyalty within the customer base represented in the Power & Industry and Commercial & Industrial Flooring Sectors. This requires working cross-functionally to develop and implement plans.
Your commitment to customer service will be vital as you maintain direct contact with major customers across the value chain.
Your keen attention to detail and ability to complete work in a timely manner will be critical as you implement and manage marketing initiatives, communications and sales tools.
Demonstrating your marketing acumen, you will provide a continuous overview of market trends and competitive challenges that will affect the performance of the area and the company.
