This position is in the Marketing and Communications department at the Olin Business School. This position is for the Danforth Campus.
In this role on the marketing team, you will support build-out of the Marketing Cloud system and transition from legacy automation systems. You will be dedicated to ensuring that we maximize efficiency and capitalize on the full features and benefits of our SF Marketing Cloud system. This role will serve as the "go to" contact for our internal marketing automation users. Key responsibilities include formulating and executing strategies and tactics for E-mail outreach, lead nurturing programs, campaign management, lead lifecycle integration with Salesforce, and reporting on lead flow/progress.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Formulating and executing strategies and tactics for E-mail outreach, lead nurturing programs, campaign management, lead lifecycle integration with Salesforce, and reporting on lead flow/progress.
Partner with internal marketing team and internal clients to create, manage and present an actionable plan that aligns Olin’s business objectives and targets with technical solution using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Tests and validates solution components and provide solution walkthrough with team.
Build, test, report and monitor journeys within Marketing Cloud to deliver on defined objectives for both B2B and B2C audiences.
Setup and deploy cross channel communications. Utilize Salesforce Marketing Cloud to create journeys using Journey Builder and sync data from Salesforce CRM to Marketing Cloud and back.
Work with brand management and creative team to create and customize platform template (themes, logos, landing pages, E-mail, forms, banner graphics, page graphics, CTAs, buttons) within Marketing Cloud for B2B and B2C audiences.
Provide expertise in marketing automation processes and campaign management including identifying project risks, presenting alternatives to alleviate or resolve issues, overseeing new data and data integrations in Marketing Cloud, investigating and resolve bugs/issues related to CRM initiatives, and managing, and managing Marketing Cloud releases.
Bachelor’s degree and 1-3 years with experience with Marketing Cloud and Journey Builder.
Strong project management skills, with a results orientation.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
Understanding of data management, reporting, and metric analysis.
Collaborative and consultative work style.
Works professionally with a diverse group, including faculty, business leaders, alumni, students, fellow team members, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
Proven experience defining and improving processes and procedures.
Experience working in AMP script and SQL as used in Marketing Cloud.
Proven ability to function effectively in a fast paced environment with competing priorities. and deadlines.
Must be self-motivated and possess the ability to execute with minimal direction.
Agile development methodology and experience with systems analysis and design.
Ability to prioritize, handle multiple tasks/projects, juggle changing deadlines, provide structure to team, and meet deadlines.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, executive level presence and experience in facilitation.
Proven ability to work well with teams.
The hiring range for this position is $48,087 to $62,517 annually.
