We are looking for a creative and passionate B2B Marketing Manager with the dual responsibility to create and drive our Partner marketing strategy across the EMEA region, and to directly lead the team within our Southern EMEA Region (IT, ES, FR, BeneLux) The ideal candidate will be a strategic and driven person with experience in building successful Partner Marketing Strategies and leading teams in an international B2B environment.

Marketing plays a key role in the communication and development of this strategy ensuring that we not only support existing customers but also reach new personas, markets and organisations through our activities. Working in a complex and dynamic technical environment, the role is responsible for developing our partner marketing strategy and for leading and developing a regional in- country marketing team.

In-country Distributors : OEMs : System Integrators : Strategic Alliances
The candidate will work closely with our Regional and Global Market Access Teams to create a cohesive regional Partner Marketing strategy aligned to the newly evolving Market Access Strategy.
Identify priorities, develop and execute end-to-end integrated marketing campaigns with our partner community to drive business.
Develop joint messaging, content and materials for co-marketing opportunities: co-branding, campaigns, events, speaking opportunities, joint projects etc.
Drive engagement with partners through consistent and compelling communications and content including newsletters, Briefings and Events etc.
Ensure the success of our flagship partner events - working with the relevant in-house teams and external suppliers.
Work with the in-country teams to drive activities and business via our distribution channels. Development of an integrated programme of support, content and activities to enable them to promote RA capabilities & build customer base and sales within their country.
Lead the renewal/re-launch of our vital OEM Partner Programme & develop our SI Programme , working with the regional Industry leader and in-country teams to ensure clarity of approach, support existing and create new members and opportunities.
Work with our Strategic Alliance Partners to increase our profile & business success within 'new' personas and organisations.
Team Leader Southern Region :
Working closely with the regional and in-country sales leads to develop the function and activities to meet business requirements.
Managing the in-country marketing leads to develop and executive marketing plans aligned to our business goals.
Ensure accountability within the team to build plans that focus on developing new customers and personas as well as supporting existing customers and partners.
Develop the team, with focus on expanding the ability of the team members to innovate and drive a modern marketing function in their area of responsibilities
Coach the team, in becoming marketing advisors to their stakeholders; work across teams to apply the same coaching to other team members in the marketing team covering other portfolio areas (Service, Solution etc)
Help team members in issue to resolution items, escalations and improvements across the board
