Danone North America is looking for a Marketing Director BFY Creamers in Broomfield.
Reporting to the VP of Coffee Creamers, the Director, Marketing – Better for You Creamers will oversee the marketing strategy for a portfolio of brands within our Better For You (BFY) Creamers segment: Silk Creamers, plant-based and dairy-based creamers emerging brands, Land O’Lakes, Horizon Organic Heavy Whipping Cream and Half and Half.
S/he will have 3 direct reports (Brand Managers) and be responsible for driving marketing excellence, determining innovative strategies to take the brands into new categories and occasions. This is a leadership role responsible for developing, implementing and managing annual strategic, financial and operating plans.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic marketer, embracing and leading our Better for You creamer segment. S/he will exude drive, high energy and a strong bias for action. S/he will pair an aggressive growth mindset with a collaborative, influence-driven work style. S/he will also have learned and grown from a wide range of both successes and failures, as they will have the courage to go after bold goals as well as embracing the changing environment in CPG and Food & beverage industry.
Lead and oversee the strategy development and implementation of the Marketing Plans including Campaign communication and Innovation across brands: Silk Creamers, SToK Creamers, Land O’Lakes and Horizon Organic.
Develop brand planning and execution of annual plans to meet sales and profit goals teams leveraging a cross functional team from Consumer Engagement, Insights, Finance, Sales, Analytics, and Media.
Drive innovation projects, along with direct reports, and influence a cross functional team inclusive of Sales, R&I, PMO, Operations, Insights and Enterprise Strategy teams to deliver brand goals.
Drive breakthrough marketing plans tailor-made for brands of different sizes and investment.
Manage business fundamentals across Retail channels in partnership with Trade team.
Ability to build strong collaboration across teams and with master brand teams (Silk, Land O’Lakes, Horizon).
General Management Skills: Operates like an owner and takes responsibility for business performance. Adept at understanding which levers to pull to drive top-and bottom-line growth, across all functions and core business processes.
Modern Marketer: Deep experience with a broad and integrated set of classic CPG marketing capabilities, with a track record of building and fostering an environment of bold marketing and brand building excellence.
