Develop and execute digital marketing plans that include lead and pipeline goals, target markets and audiences, digital assets (creative, content, etc.), performance evaluation, and optimization.
Develop and continually monitor market and competitive analyses.
Evaluate and demonstrate the business impact of digital programs through reports and dashboards including demand, qualified leads, conversions, and other relevant KPIs.
Ensure project timelines and budgets are being met and that they incorporate appropriately with offline marketing efforts.
Monitor and analyze day-to-day campaign performance, create and maintain reporting metrics and make recommendations for optimizing campaign strategy based on data analysis.
Maintain well organized, up-to-date activity reports in Salesforce CRM system.

Manage, create and implement optimization tactics based on diversified media mix, bidding, keyword research, ad copy a/b testing and landing page optimizations for high levels of conversion.
Lead student journey mapping and document student paths to enrollment for all programs.
Proactively work with team members, key stakeholders, internal teams (such as IT) and vendors/partners to ensure all campaign activities are completed successfully, on time, and within campaign budgets.
Use data to optimize campaigns, identify and target best prospects and customers, and produce incremental sales and revenue from current or inactive customers.
Display high competency in project management, working in a fast-paced and complex environment, execution of large projects, and working under multiple and competing deadlines.
Proficient in the use of social media tools like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, as well as SEO tactics.
Work closely and collaboratively with team members across academic programs, internal enrollment and marketing team, internal and external media partners and creative services teams.
Provide accurate and timely information as required to senior management.
Develop cooperative working relationships with all company colleagues, including the ability to influence teams without direct authority.
Develop a strong knowledge of AHUâ™s programs and services to facilitate the enrollment process.
