Major Duties: Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in sales and business marketing including Professional Selling (Marketing 3600), Selling Skills Development (Marketing 4100), Advanced Selling Strategies (Marketing 4600), Sales Management (Marketing 3760), Business Marketing Strategy (Marketing 4700), Marketing Principles (Marketing 2500), Marketing Research (Marketing 3710), and Consumer Driven Marketing (Marketing 6130). Advise students and serve on committees. Recruit students into Sales and Business Marketing Program. Coach students at national sales competitions. Refine and improve sales curriculum. Conduct research including lab experiments exploring the moderators and antecedents of salesperson performance. Publish results of research in top-ranked, peer-reviewed journals and present results of research at international and national conferences Minimum Qualifications: Completed Ph.D. in Marketing with dissertation in data analysis exploring the relationship between salesperson self-efficacy and sales performance.
