Temporary Marketing Specialist / Proposal Writer - Business Development

Responsible for serving as a professional partner to multifamily leadership to provide marketing and business development support. This includes managing and assisting with the overall coordination, collaboration, and preparation of marketing and business development baseline content, collateral, proposals, and presentations.

• Interview subject matter experts or review files as needed to update and build new library content that accurately represents a newly rebranded service line platform.
• Lead and manage business development process from commencement to material completion, interfacing directly with leadership and fee earners throughout the process
  • Lead strategy sessions, writing of content and edits/updates on proposals and presentations
  • Conduct due diligence on client to develop client-centric proposal and presentation materials
  • Deliver final, clean pitch and/or presentation content
  • Ensure best practice sharing and adoption across pitch and/or proposal collateral

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in journalism, English, marketing or public relations
• 5+ years of experience
• Background in B2B proposal writing and/or business development marketing
• Exceptional written communication skills
• Strong time management, organizational, and prioritization skills. Must have the ability to balance multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
• Self-motivated approach with the ability to take initiative but works well in group environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft suite (including PowerPoint) and InDesign
• Multifamily or commercial real estate experience preferred
