The Manager, Growth Marketing reports to the Vice President, Marketing and works closely with the entire Marcom team as well as our local and global divisions. The candidate will lead the growth marketing team and will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing innovative 360 degrees campaigns. Candidate will be accountable for delivering demand generation, business growth, renewal and expansion.

Design and execute on marketing strategies and campaigns that will support client acquisition efforts across all stages of the funnel
Lead and execute all outbound/inbound demand generation campaigns across all channels
Collaborate with sales and own demand generation across our website, email, PPC, trade shows, content, social, webinars, and SEO
Manage day-to-day analysis, optimizations and bid management of marketing campaigns across all paid marketing channels (paid social, SEM, retargeting, etc). Constantly look for ways to drive down CPAs across multiple channels
Own the integration of offline activities (conferences) into our digital acquisition and nurturing plans
Own entire channels, budgets, strategies, and outcomes for either acquisition or engagement - you own the ideation, prioritization, & execution of all marketing optimization levers
7+ years of demand generation, B2B digital experience (preferably enterprise software) with a strong focus on ABM
Hands on SEM experience. 5+ years directly managing a performance marketing channel (Search, Display, Paid Social, Email, etc.) within an enterprise space
Proven track record in generating B2B leads and converting them into customers. Should be able to demonstrate how your efforts across the full funnel have helped grow the business
Expert in building & leading demand generation efforts through inbound and outbound channels, including our website, email, PPC, trade shows, content, social, webinars, and SEO
An analytical mind and proven track record of using data at all levels for decision-making
Highly collaborative and influential - enjoys getting everyone on the same page to drive action
Track record of successfully creating and implementing growth strategies
Be available to provide support and guidance on EST time zone
