The S&M Channel Specialist plans, organizes, executes, monitors, tracks and reports all activity as it relates to a specific channel. Drives sales and accomplishes goals by utilizing marketing platforms and building and maintaining business relationships.
The S&M Channel Specialist will work directly with the Channel Development Manager to manage the day-to-day operations that pertain to management of external sales channels; support the Channel Development Manager with efforts resulting in acquisition of new channel platforms and distribution partners, training and management of those partners; and maintain licensing, training and sales volume data on all assigned external channels. Assist in the achievement of all sales programs by communicating to the appropriate external sales teams and partners, implementing and reporting on such mandates; and assist with achieving sales goals by working with Channel Manager, sales personnel, sales managers & developing local contacts and positive customer relations, surveying the market and determining success through insightful business analysis
Obtain appropriate on premise/off premise distribution as well as specific qualitative/quantitative assigned goals; assist external channel sales in achieving objectives and growth targets; maintain organizations stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements; complete all necessary training programs; and contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
The ideal S&M Channel Specialist candidate will have the ability to develop and maintain strong business relationships; strong development and presentation skills; problem solving and analytical skills; verbal and written communication skills; and planning and organizational skills. The ideal candidate will have computer proficiency (MS Office) and be results driven with Leadership skills.

- EDUCATION - H.S. Diploma/GED Equivalent
