We are seeking a Sr. Associate/Specialist to join our Corporate Marketing team. In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders to plan and activate internal and external marketing programs across a number of the firm's corporate platforms including, but not limited to, Inclusion and Diversity, Purpose at PIMCO and Women and Investing. You will be a self-starter who possesses strong project management skills and a keen attention to detail .

This position will be located in PIMCO's Newport Beach, CA office.
Support and/or lead the execution of our Corporate Marketing strategy
Support delivery of significant marketing projects including campaign development, socialization, implementation , and measurement
Lead tasks across multiple projects to stay organized and meet deadlines across multiple projects
Collect research, data and trends to uncover audience and competitive insights
Collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure alignment and to meet deadlines and see projects through to completion
Develop presentations to convey strategy, information and ideas
Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business , Finance , Marketing, or Liberal Arts
Minimum 3 years of marketing and brand experience with a focus on internal and external engagement, preferably within the financial services industry
Exceptional organizational and project management skills, including the ability to multi-task and manage a large number of ongoing initiatives
Enthusiasm to learn more about the investment management industry
Outstanding project management and organizational skills
Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and business demands
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable presenting to various stakeholders
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of emerging marketing tactics and strategies
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, as well as the Adobe platform
Ability to analyze data to identify takeaways and opportunities for optimization, and present these findings to stakeholders.
