 Job Title: Emerging Brands Marketing Coordinator Extern (12-month assignment, Based in NYC REMOTE START)

Supports the whole Emerging Brands team with administrative duties and ad-hoc requests

General Team Admin Assistance:

  • Samples shipment/courier requests
  • Manage product inventory in the office
  • POSM shipment requests and organization in office
  • Coordination of team meetings/schedules
  • Ad hoc presentation support
  • Ad hoc marketing program activation support (including POSM coordination, updating selling tools, etc.)

Brand & Strategy Assistance:

  • Ad hoc presentation support
  • Ad hoc marketing program activation support (including POSM coordination, updating selling tools, etc)
  • Assets download from MH Air
  •  Assets upload to Trade Portal and E-retail Portal
  • Competitive/market research (i.e. social media activity/e-retail/meal delivery services)
  • Ad hoc reporting requests (Qlik/MH Biz)

Consumer Engagement Assistance:

  • Event support (virtual or offsite tbc)
  •  Preparing product orders for PR events/agencies/tastings
  • MH central/internal announcements
  • Development of newsletter communications (internal/external)
  • Send relevant assets/program materials to agencies
  • Ad-hoc requests for agencies

Education:    Undergraduate Degree

 Languages:  English

 Professional experience & know how: 

  • Advanced Excel and Power Point skills
  • Demonstrated attention to detail
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of organization/project management capabilities
