The Sr Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and promoting the unique value, positioning, messaging and go-to-market strategy for our global Healthcare offering. This position collaborates across the organization to bring value propositions to life by leveraging and activating CBRE's marketing platform and channels to focus on driving awareness, demand, adoption, and the overall success of our services with internal and external audiences. The role will also support the assigned Pursuit Excellence resource.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Helps strategize on how to respond to proposals.
Support development of proposal content, presentation content, and Request For Proposal responses, presentations, and other interactive marketing and pitch materials and programs for new business development pursuits.
Maintain healthcare marketing database/library, including standard marketing collateral and case studies.
Support Global platform in the solutioning, research and resolution of complex issues pertaining to RFP responses.
Reviews RFP specifications.
Develops client-specific presentation materials.
Updates and revises the Request For Proposal (RFP) database. Writes case studies, letters, communications, professional profiles, and market reports.
Other duties may be assigned.
No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position. May provide informal assistance such as technical guidance, and/or training to coworkers. May coordinate and assign tasks to co-workers within a work unit and/or project.

7+ years of experience in similar role
Demonstrated ability to deploy and maintain a consistently high-quality outcomes, at scale
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university and a minimum of seven years of related experience and/or training. MBA preferred.
Proven ability to succeed in an ambiguous, self-starting environment
Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
Personable and collaborative with a track record of working successfully across teams

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree or equivalent from four-year and a minimum of two to four years of related experience and/or training. CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES
