The Team: The Media Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing digital and media engagement strategies. They will take an analytical and data-driven approach to understanding and engaging with the markets in the Energy Transition segment. This position will need to leverage knowledge of current digital and content marketing trends and best practices to expand the reach of thought leadership produced by Platts.
The Media Marketing Manager leverages personas, competitive intelligence, sales enablement assets, and product, sector and solution messaging. They are responsible for identifying the key communication channels currently utilized in transitioning markets and developing engagement strategies for each. This role will also monitor budgets, measure and evaluate online media campaigns, develop persona-based engagement strategies and develop innovative digital resources and content.
The Impact: A Media Marketer works in markets that are encompassed within our Energy Transition segment. Each of these markets will require a targeted and deliberate approach to grow market share, support a healthy sales funnel, educate customers on our specific offerings and keep the Platts brand on the leading edge of market engagement.

As a Digital Media Marketer, you will own the strategy of digital engagement within the Energy Transition segment
Develop to digital and content marketing strategies by leveraging digital media channels to identify and acquire customers
Identifies current persona-based preferences for communications and develops engagement strategies to expand thought leadership readership
Obtains market share by developing media marketing plans and programs and directing promotional support
Work with key stakeholders on the Product Marketing, Product Management, Content and cross-divisional teams to drive market coverage of Energy Transition
Create strategies to increase online traffic to the organization's website
Tracking and monitor the success of digital programs
Owning or working with relevant stakeholders to ensure a robust approach to SEO, SEM to Social Media Marketing, retargeting and online advertising
Creating Media Marketing strategies to raise brand awareness
Identifying new channels and ways to reach our customer
Evaluate competitor's Digital Marketing strategies
Develop engaging, interactive, highly differentiated, and targeted resources for use across media channels
Monitor and evaluate online media campaigns to keep them fresh and effective
Maximize customer-facing assets that map company capabilities to customer needs across different stages of the customer journey
What We're Looking For: Basic qualifications:
Strong written and oral communication skills
Strategic thinker with analytical and problem-solving mindset
Ability to build strong relationships across the organization
A strong customer-focused attitude; confident in dealing with multiple departments and senior management within the business
Excellent planning and organizational skills with strong attention to detail, with an ability to take the initiative and deliver projects unsupervised
Confident to ask appropriate questions to eliciting information to interpret and synthesize information
Degree in Business, Marketing or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience in industry
Proven experience in Communications, Media Marketing or in Product Marketing

Compensation/Benefits Information (US Applicants Only): S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $68,300 to $155,900. Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location.
In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
