The role is to support and assist Sales Teams in providing clients' solutions in a timely manner, including but not limited to establish and manage customer files, provide customers with necessary information disclosure on a regular basis and update marketing related materials. The role aims to strengthen client relationships through client event and marketing activities to promote the business development of the fast-growing company. Job Responsibilities - Report to the Head of Products, Sales & Marketing Department
- Responsible for daily management of sales support activities for Sales Teams
- Work closely with different internal departments, including compliance, operation and investment teams for project coordination on ongoing basis
- Coordinate, compile and consolidate Request For Proposals (RFP), perform due diligence on clients and CRM update
- Assist Sales Teams for regular reports delivery and handle ad hoc request or enquiries
Job Requirements - Undergraduate in Finance/Economics/Business or related majors, with 1-2 years' relevant experience is an advantage
- Good knowledge of financial products & detail-minded with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent command of written and spoken English, Mandarin & Cantonese
- Good knowledge of Wind and Bloomberg Terminal for data update is a plus
- Professional translation skill is a plus
