We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Marketing Manager, Private Banking, Asia Pacific. Principal responsibilities - Lead on AOP Plan development in line with stated business strategy
- Lead and identify market opportunities to support delivery of the Global Private Banking Strategy
- Develop and articulate a deep understanding of customer needs through external research and internal data for Global Private Banking
- Use data and insights to support the development of customer led propositions, products and journeys
- Work closely with business and Marketing partners to develop integrated Marketing strategies for Asia Pacific
- Ownership of clearly developed Business Briefs and Marketing Briefs
- Identify and work with key stakeholders to gain buy in and ensure that programmes are effectively delivered and measured by all areas of the business
- Identify and ensure implementation of the assigned marketing strategies and plans
- Manage agency partners across social, digital, creative and media
- Be a customer champion and adopt agile ways of working
Requirements - Marketing professional with understanding of latest developments in the marketing and media world
- Extensive business experience within a Financial Service based institution, particularly in private banking or wealth management for High Net Worth, Ultra High Net Worth audiences with strong understanding of wealth management products and solutions (advisory, discretionary, alternatives, structured products, Environment Social Governance, impact investing)
- Have depth of both classical and contemporary channels and a range of Marketing Strategy and Communications planning experience, including demonstrable success in developing and delivering strategic marketing plans and multi channel high profile marketing communications programmes, including client events.
- Have a penchant for learning
- Understand the use of data and analytics in deriving customer value
- Be passionate about the customer and be obsessed with customer outcomes
- Degree level qualification in marketing and, or business studies preferred.
- Demonstrating ability to identify strategic needs-based solutions both now and in the future
- Evidence of team leadership attributes. Experience and evidence of working within teams over multiple sites in a highly matrixed organisation
- Proven understanding of customer insights and their role in marketing strategy development and delivery as well as marketing communications development
- Able to influence at senior level to drive improvement. Proven ability to influence leadership teams
- Proven ability to be a self-starter with energy and drive in a challenging and dynamic environment
- Ability to think innovatively, shaping and communicating new concepts
- Ability to bring key stakeholders and Functional colleagues with them as marketing strategies and plans are developed
- Ability to distil complex business and customer environment into simple, strategically sound and insight-led stories
