 Marketing & Promotions Coordinator 5590BR Saunders College of Business Saunders Marketing and Communications Detailed Job Description The Marketing & Promotions Coordinator, reports to the Director of Communications and Marketing (MARCOM) providing support and coordination for all marketing, communications, events, and promotional activities for Saunders College of Business. Assists with the collection and reporting of data related to ranking surveys and helping to organize survey submissions, while tracking and analyzing survey results. Coordinates promotional efforts specific to ordering and inventorying promotional merchandise, and coordinating external sponsorships. Manages corporate and alumni-related events to ensure scheduling, preparations and event day tasks. Works with supervisor to support marketing operations including: processing vendor payments, organizing financial documents and Pro Card statements, processing student employee hiring and Kronos tracking processes, coordinating meetings, and ordering supplies and materials from vendors marketing activities. Assists with organizing documentation for SOPs, and helping to organize department activities, schedules, and marketing assets. RESPONSIBILITIES
