Altus Group is looking for a new Marketing Manager to focus on demand generation and marketing automation. This role can be located anywhere in Canada or US. Preferred time is EST. As a senior level Marketing Manager, you will leverage your marketing automation and digital marketing expertise to help execute B2B demand generation marketing campaigns and programs.
With a strong understanding of full funnel marketing, you will collaborate with campaign and program owners to strategize, architect and, execute automated customer journeys that drive prospect and customer engagement.
Develop, design, and implement drip and nurture campaigns in Pardot’s Engagement Studio including related marketing automation assets (automation rules, forms, autoresponders, lists, templates) to support inbound and outbound programs
Design, build and A/B test email, web and landing page assets so they are optimized for conversion
Monitor marketing automation and lead nurturing processes to optimize campaign performance
Manage digital content assets (PDFs, images, on-demand video etc…) and file inventory, ensuring they are optimized for digital performance
Perform operational tasks for marketing campaigns, including email list preparation, list uploads, lead routing, data hygiene and campaign management between Salesforce
Understand our martech integrations and ensure we can track marketing impact from lead entry to converted customer
Manage and improve of our email newsletter and client communication program workflows to create efficiencies and improve engagement
Comply fully with global privacy, confidentiality, marketing permissions, data security and other requirements related to the handling, access and storage of customer data
Stay organized under conditions of multiple tasks and tight deadlines while ensuring accuracy, efficiency and quality of deliverables
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
3-5 years of B2B digital marketing experience. Experience in the real estate or finance industry or professional services environment is an asset
Experience using Salesforce and marketing automation platforms, preferably Pardot
Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and tactics: website, SEM, SEO, email marketing and social
Familiar with using content management systems (CMS) including WordPress, landing page builders (Unbounce) and video management platforms (Wistia)
Experience with CSS and HTML
Innovative self-starter with a demonstrated ability to be proactive and successful in a fast-paced environment.
Able to work both collaboratively and independently and take ownership in executing on time and on plan
Data-driven; highly analytical, organized and detail-oriented
Project management experience with a proven ability to manage competing projects and prioritize accordingly
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Faster learner, team player and flexible.
Basic knowledge of CASL, CCPA and GDPR an asset
Flexibility to adjust work hours as required to communicate and collaborate with team members across different time zones
