We are looking for a Manager, Member Engagement Marketing to work at our Corporate office in Brentwood, TN! If you possess a “whatever it takes attitude” keep reading.
It’s hard to pinpoint a “typical” day here (and who wants typical anyway?), but as the Member Engagement Marketing Manager you will be a key client-facing team member for Premise Health onsite and nearsite health & wellness centers, pharmacies and fitness centers. This role is responsible for the development and delivery of effective engagement strategies to drive awareness and accelerate growth of Premise Health products.
This role will serve as a point of contact and liaison for clients, thus requires a background in client relationship management, excellent writing and communication skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to learn new systems to support client marketing and demand generation tactics.
This role is integral to the Member Engagement team and will participate in the creation, execution and analysis of client marketing communications, strategies and daily marketing operations to support the departmental and company engagement objectives.
This is a full-time position, reporting to the Director of Member Engagement.
What You'll Do For Us:
Develop cross-channel messaging strategies and tools to empower employers to drive Premise Health utilization at their place of work and to dependents
Monitor and perform analysis on utilization for clients and sites providing continuous recommendations to accelerate engagement
Analyze engagement initiatives to measure effectiveness and potential for improvement
Partner with the regional operations leadership to align on tiering of client and resource allocation
Lead relationship with high-profile clients ensuring continued success and account retention
Leads site marketing implementation by partnering with operations and client marketing teams to ensure coming soon and go-live communication needs and activities are executed
Develops and presents site event strategies, offering support for client and/or site execution
Serves as the point of contact and liaison with client, Director of Client Operations and implementation managers for member engagement support for the onboarding and ongoing needs of clients
Works with the member engagement team in the development of client marketing and communications strategies.
Works with internal and external client-side contributors in the creation of marketing assets
Assists with management of digital marketing hub; supporting internal team members with use of hub, evaluation and additions to online library, and training of new users
Serve as client advocate to identify actionable ways to use onsite best practices
Partner with assigned product owner(s) to be the Member Engagement team subject matter expert, taking lead on the development of member facing marketing campaigns
Review site and client content ensuring message is supportive of and consistent with overall onsite engagement strategies
Assist as needed with efforts related to the company’s goals and objectives, working directly with the member engagement team and other internal functional areas as needed
Oversee the fulfillment processes for creative projects working with outside vendors, internal graphic designer, and other internal stakeholders
Makes recommendation to maximize site level member engagement budget working with internal teams to track use
Manage engagement marketing tactics offered by Premise Health including the design and execution of print and digital collaterals and serve as a dedicated reviewer for client marketing tactics.
Work with internal team to ensure tracking and analysis of tactics used in client campaigns
Development of site collateral not available on hub using InDesign
Lead, manage and prioritize site and client requests
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field required
7+ years direct-to-consumer marketing or communications experience
2+ years direct staff management experience preferred
Proven track record of ideating and launching successful marketing initiatives
Experience with relevant marketing technologies, including email marketing, direct mail marketing, social, text marketing, customer relationship management, content management, data management platform, and web analytics
Experience with marketing channels, including email, direct mail, web, social and events
Knowledge and Skills:
