We're looking for a dynamic individual to join the Digital & Technology team at CBRE, the global leader in real estate services. An ideal candidate is a talented, energetic, innovative Technologist who can work on Salesforce development projects from conceptualization to implementation in an Agile environment. He/She should be proactive in analyzing impacts, overall risks, mitigate any design issues early in the project lifecycle, share implementation best practices, and recommend solution alternatives. He/She will also be responsible to conduct design/code reviews and make refactor suggestions as necessary.
Campaign/Journey Experience Development, Workflow Automation, Audience Segmentation, and Data Management
Analyze all existing data integrations and automations to identify technical debt and execute improvements
Monitor code quality of other team members
Support campaign content and assets management
Create personalized, dynamic messages, and landing pages
Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives
Support execution of Email and SMS Marketing campaigns
Work with product management on product and requirement scoping
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in a related field or equivalent work experience.
Preferably 7+ years of progressive software development experience.
Consideration is given to the equivalent combination of education and experience.
Extensive experience with designing a solution in the Salesforce Marketing cloud area.
Experience is working with SMS channel
Experience in working with journey builder
Experience in working on AMP Scripts.
Knowledge of application integration technologies
Preferred to have an understanding of Salesforce Integration Applications, Interaction Studio, and Marketing Studio
Strong communication (verbal & written) and persuasion skills
Must be confident, resourceful, flexible, and exhibit initiative
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with both team members and clients
Knowledge in the Commercial Real Estate industry is good to have
