We are looking for a Marketing Technology Product Manager, who can join the Product Engineering, Marketing and eCommerce team that will lead the definition and development of the products. Product Manager is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, strategy and working closely with engineering, marketing, privacy and security teams to ensure Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) are met. The Product Managerâs job also includes ensuring that the product supports the overall strategy and goals for the Marketing initiatives across our portfolio of wine, spirits and beer products.
Define the product strategy and roadmap working with key stakeholders.
Work closely with the Product Owners to ensure full understanding of the new features/epics allowing them to develop user stories that will deliver what is needed
Support the Product Owners in prioritizing the product backlog for development
Oversee all brand website technology decisions in-partnership with IT-Marketing in-support of work across Direct to Consumer (DTC), 3-Tier eCommerce (3TE) for Total Beverage Alcohol (TBA), Brand, and Digital Marketing (TBA), ensure consistent technology structure across all CBI owned properties
Work closely with relevant business functions (DTC, 3TE, Digital Marketing, etc.) to develop/test/support new ideas and propositions for product development and enhancements such as Point of Sale (POS) for CBI owned wineries & breweries, social media campaigns, etc.
Manage all tag and analytics deployment processes across Brand.com sites and the implementation of website compliance privacy/regulatory data collection policies alongside DTC, Procurement, Legal, and IT
Work to build a Customer Relationship Management (CRM)/Customer Data Platform (CDP) strategy across web properties in partnership with DTC, 3TE, MarTech, and Digital Marketing, and brand leadership teams to continue to support the evangelization and collection of our CBI first-party data
Contribute to and enforce the production of a MarTech Services Website Playbook â collaborate with the Digital Transformation team each quarter to update playbook based on latest learnings, roadshow and educate key teams across CBI on the latest requirements, needs, and updates for website development
Work collaboratively with other Product Managers to refine and prioritize the overall product roadmap and identify dependencies
Keep up to-date on the evolving market trends related to MarTech ecosystem and find ways to bring in innovation to the products that are being developed in this space.
5+ yearsâ experience as a Product Manager developing products in the Digital Marketing Technology space preferably in the CPG industry.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Business Administration or related technical field or equivalent experience
Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products in the Digital Marketing ecosystem.
Working knowledge of Ad Tech, Tag Management, Pixels, Identity Management, web development or scripting language.
Understanding and working knowledge of privacy laws and governance tools used in the privacy space.
Must have strong problem-solving skills and applying analytical rigor as part of their product thinking.
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority

Able to make and take ownership for decisions at a fast pace
Translation of market requirements into technical specifications and the application of technical capabilities to address business problems
