Buzzback is seeking junior research analyst to help meet increased demands as a result of strong growth in both the US and Europe. This position is involved in the entire research process at buzzback from proposal to report. The Junior Research Analyst is teamed with senior research professionals, who are responsible for prospecting, client relationship management and research design.
Interaction with research team for client project management and delivery
Create and evaluate data tables
Assist in report writing and analysis
Establish, monitor and maintain outstanding customer satisfaction
Involvement in QA for all parts of project process
Client relations and management at junior levels
Qualifications – Successful candidates possess:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, MBA a plus
Experience (job, internship, academic work) conducting research strongly preferred
Strong preference for candidates with a familiarity of online research
