Our Content Marketing Specialist will believe in this too. You are passionate about marketing and eager to build customer interest, awareness and advocacy for our industrial technology brand. As a key member of our Content Strategy team, you will play a critical role in building brand awareness and creating the messages that deliver value to our customers. You will research and define desired target audiences, manage and create content, and execute the publishing process as well as monitor, analyze, and refine campaigns to ensure success. You will be a marketing evangelist internally and a brand ambassador externally. You will be a critical thinker and a positive influencer. You will help shape Rockwell Automation in the eyes of our customers.

Research trends, customers and factors that drive decisions in our core industries.
Responsible for crafting intelligent, thought-provoking, and emotional stories/narratives based on target audience and buyers' journey.
Create messaging to increase engagement, ultimately attracting new customers and increasing brand awareness.
A strong project manager, both internally and with outside vendors, for adherence to brand standards, deadlines and budgets.
Self starter, driven to find information and seek creative solutions
Bachelor of Arts or Science degree, or equivalent, in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
Strong written communication skills are critical and foundational to the role.
Legal authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
Experience in B2B marketing, especially in an industrial or technical field is a plus.
Strong project management, organizational and multi-tasking skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team.
Experience with creative marketing tools, software programs, html, marketing automation platforms and Microsoft office a plus.
