The Assistant Director of Ticketing and Marketing will work closely with the ticketing office and marketing department with the creation and execution of marketing and promotion plans, game presentations, and revenue generation through digital and email marketing. This position will serve as the primary ticketing manager for the Women's Lacrosse program and will assist in a secondary role for Football. The Assistant Director will manage the event promotions for all assigned non-revenue sports, and will help drive attendance and fan engagement to ensure exception experiences for Cadets and attendees.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
45% - Ticketing: Serve as the primary ticket manager for Women’s Lacrosse and assist with Football. Help build and manage the back office and online sales platforms, manage all events, operations and box office staff. Oversee and manage all customer service interactions, exercising discretion and judgement throughout the season and exhibiting exception customer service abilities at all times.
45% - Marketing: Serve as the primary marketing manager for assigned non-revenue sports and assist with all revenue sports. Assist in the creation and execution of marketing and promotion plans and game presentations using imagination, creativity and originality to maximize the fan experience to continue to drive attendance and engagement in support of the Cadet Athletes. Assist with revenue generation through digital/email marketing for all assigned revenue sports.
10% - All other duties as assigned.
Bachelor's degree required.
At least one year of applicable experience working in a similar role within collegiate or professional athletics.
Experience using Paciolan and Microsoft 365.
Must demonstrate good judgement and decision making skills in fast paced situations.
Must possess creativity and originality, and must have a strong attention to detail outlook.
Team-first approach, strong work ethic, and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
